How long does it really take? I've been promised deadlines before.
+
The €250 new website: seven days from when you send me your menu, photos and logins. The full website, with Google Business Profile and reviews: two to three weeks. Online ordering on top of your current menu: one to two weeks more. What usually causes delays is always the same: photos, copy and logins. If I have them in the first week, I deliver on time. If they're late reaching me, I'll tell you as soon as it happens, not at the end.
Who are you, and how did this start?
+
I'm Daniel del Valle, born in Mallorca, and I've spent 25 years working with customers. For the last four I've run a five-star hotel in Palma and its restaurant. The restaurant's website needed bringing up to date because technology had moved on so much, so I trained in artificial intelligence to do it properly. Along the way I saw what happens to almost everyone: between layers of management, no time and not knowing where to start, a lot of good businesses simply aren't seen, whether it's a restaurant, a shop or a workshop. On an island with millions of visitors a year, being reasonably visible online is the difference between paying the bills and growing. That's how IA del Valle was born.
Do I get an email address on my own domain?
+
Yes. The new website and the full website both include one email inbox on your domain, for example bookings@yourbusiness.com, set up so it doesn't land in spam and working on your phone and your computer. If you need more inboxes, each one is €5 a month, no tie-in. If you ever leave, the domain and the email are transferred to you.
Is there a package with everything? How much do I save?
+
Yes: All inclusive, all six monthly pieces together (maintenance, Google and reviews, table bookings, online ordering, WhatsApp agent and emails) for €105 a month. Separately they add up to €150, so that's 30% off. Same terms as the individual pieces: no tie-in and a month's notice. It makes sense when you want me to take care of everything and stop thinking about it.
What's the difference between the €250 website, the €450 one and the €650 option?
+
You don't pay per page. You pay for the result: €250 gets you found, €450 gets you sales without phone calls, €650 means you sell and get paid on autopilot. The €250 new website is one well-built page: five sections, your menu or catalogue, call and WhatsApp buttons, linked to your Google Business Profile and photos made from your samples, ready in seven days with one round of changes. The full website, from €450, adds several sections, bookings, appointments or orders inside the website, copy written by me and your Google Business Profile fully set up. Sales and payments, from €650, lets the business sell and take payment without you being there: in hospitality it's In-house ordering, with QR codes on the tables; for a shop, an online store with payments and stock; for services and trades, appointments or jobs with payment or a deposit. You can start with the €250 website and expand later without throwing anything away.
It says "from". Will I end up paying more?
+
The starting price is real. If your business needs more, I'll tell you in writing before I start. No surprises on the invoice. Each price covers what's on its list. Anything beyond that, such as a domain over €15, professional photos or video, extra copy or languages, or a custom feature, is priced in the fixed 48-hour proposal, before any work begins. If it doesn't suit you, we don't do it.
I already have a website. Do I have to scrap it and start again?
+
It depends on what it's built with and how slow it is. I'll look at it on our first call, with you. If it can be saved, I'll fix it. If it's on a ten-year-old platform that won't load on a phone, I'll tell you straight and build a new one, which is often cheaper than patching it up.
Do I lose my domain or accounts if I stop working with you?
+
No. The domain is registered in your name, the Google Business Profile is yours and you hold the logins. If you leave, you take everything with you: the website, the copy, the photos and the contacts. I leave it all documented so someone else can pick it up without starting from scratch. To cancel, a month's notice is all it takes, no tie-in.
Can I really stop paying delivery app commission?
+
On orders that come through your website, yes: they go straight to you, with no middleman. What I won't tell you is to drop the app overnight: it brings you new customers who don't know you yet. What I do is get the customers who already know you to order through your website, and make sure people in your venue and on your social channels know about it. Over time, the commission goes down because your direct channel grows.
I don't have the time or the inclination to touch the website. What do I have to do?
+
Almost nothing, and that's deliberate. You give me your menu, photos and logins in the first week. You approve the copy that will go out in your name. That's it. If you take monthly management, you don't touch the website afterwards either: you send me the new menu on WhatsApp and I upload it. If your team has to fill in forms for this to work, I've done it wrong.
Which POS or booking system do you work with?
+
I set up online ordering and table bookings myself and they run on their own, without depending on your POS. If you want them connected to the till system you already have, I'll check on our first call: some allow it and some don't. For ordering inside your venue there's In-house ordering, the hospitality version of Sales and payments and the same system I use in the hotel I run: guests order from the QR code on the table and waiters take the order on their phone or a PDA, and it goes straight to the kitchen and the bar. With your Google Business Profile and a website with ordering included, it's from €650, one-off; hardware is extra and I work with what you already have. Bookings run on my own system too, the same one you see on Google, inside your website and without going through a portal.
Who answers if the website goes down on a Saturday night?
+
I do, and it's included in monthly management. The websites I build are static and fast, which is the kind that goes down least. And if something fails, it's not your problem: it's mine, and I fix it. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, which is when your business is open.
Why you, and not an agency or my nephew who's good with computers?
+
Because I know what a full dining room is like, and what a website that won't load costs. An agency builds websites for everyone; I build them for businesses with walk-in customers, hospitality above all, and I build them knowing what sells and what just looks nice. Your nephew can build you a website, but he won't answer your reviews, update your menu in August or set up your online ordering. I will, every month, and I answer for it if something goes wrong.
How much will I pay a year?
+
Whatever the pieces you choose add up to, times twelve, plus whatever is set up one-off. A bar or shop with just the Google Business Profile: €80 one-off and €240 a year. A bar with a new website, maintenance and Google: €250 one-off and €480 a year. A restaurant with a full website, maintenance, Google and table bookings: from €450 one-off and €720 a year. With All inclusive, all six pieces for €105 a month: €1,260 a year instead of €1,800. A pizzeria with In-house ordering, maintenance and online ordering: from €650 one-off and €720 a year. A shop or salon with a new website, maintenance and Google: the same as the bar, €250 one-off and €480 a year; if it also wants the other two languages, the International pack is €60 more, one-off. The only other cost is renewing the domain, which is in your name: a few euros a year.
What about my customers' data and GDPR?
+
Your customers' data belongs to you. You're the data controller and I process it on your behalf, under a signed contract. The website comes with its legal notice, privacy policy and consent management, and I don't add any trackers before the customer says yes. If you ever leave, you take your customer list with you in a readable file.
What do you use AI for, and what not?
+
For three things you'll notice in the till. Visibility: your menu and profile prepared so Google and AI assistants understand you, and reviews answered straight away. Orders: the WhatsApp agent takes orders and bookings at any hour. Loyalty: emails in your voice so customers who've been before come back. What I don't do is add a chatbot that makes things up.
What exactly is In-house ordering, and what do I get from €650?
+
It's the hospitality version of Sales and payments. Three things set up and working: your Google Business Profile fully set up, a website with ordering and the table ordering system. Guests scan the QR code on their table and order from their phone, or from the app that opens from that same QR code; waiters take orders on a PDA or their own phone. Everything arrives in the kitchen and at the bar in writing, no shouting and no scribbled notes. It's the same system I use in the hotel I run. After that, the online ordering monthly piece is €40.
Do I need to buy PDAs and printers? How much do they cost?
+
It depends on what you already have. If you have receipt printers or PDAs, I work with them. If not, I'll tell you exactly what to buy and it's bought in your name: a Wi-Fi thermal kitchen printer from around €90 and an Android PDA from around €250, although waiters can use their own phones and save you the PDA. I install it and train the team. I don't sell hardware or take any commission on it.
How does QR code ordering at the table work?
+
Each table has its own code. The customer scans it with their phone camera, sees your menu with photos and prices, orders and, if you like, pays. The order reaches the kitchen and the bar with the table number. There's nothing to download, although the same QR code can open the app if the customer prefers. It also works for asking for the bill or another round without hunting for a waiter.
Is the table booking the Google one, or one of those portals that charge per diner?
+
It's my own booking system, inside your website, and it doesn't charge per diner. It works like the reserve button you see on Google: day, time, number of people, instant confirmation and an automatic reminder the day before so the table isn't left empty. The bookings are yours, with no portal in the middle and no commission. €20 a month.
What do I need to give you to get started?
+
Your menu with prices, whatever photos you have (yours are worth more than stock photos), logins for your Google Business Profile and your domain if you already have one, and half an hour on a call. With that, we close the proposal within 48 hours. If you don't have good photos, send me some samples and I'll make them.
Do you do photos? Mine are poor.
+
Yes, I make them myself. Send me a sample of what you have (the front of the building, the dining room, three dishes and the team, even if it's on your phone) and from there I make the photos the website needs: the ones that work are prepared for the website and Google, and I make the ones that are missing. With good photos a website sells; with stock photos it doesn't, which is why I don't use them.
Does the website come in more than one language?
+
It depends on your business. If you're in hospitality or accommodation (a bar, restaurant, hotel, apartments or holiday let), your website comes in English, German and Spanish at no extra cost, menu included, and that includes the €250 new website. For any other business, the website comes in one language of your choice, English, German or Spanish, and the International pack adds the other two for €60, one-off, to any website. Your customers here speak all three, and they search in all three: be the one they find. Any other language is quoted separately. I translate your menu and copy for meaning, not word for word, and you check it.
Do you work outside Mallorca?
+
Yes. Everything I do is set up and managed remotely: website, Google, reviews, ordering and bookings, so it works wherever your business is. The first call is by video, and after that it's WhatsApp and email. The only thing that needs someone on site is installing printers and PDAs in your venue, and for that, outside Mallorca, I guide you by video call or a local installer does it.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
+
You get a proper invoice, and you pay by bank transfer or card. Anything set up one-off is paid on delivery, not before. Monthly pieces are charged at the start of each month and can be cancelled with a month's notice. No tie-in and no fine print. All prices exclude VAT; 21% is added on the invoice.
What do you do about bad reviews?
+
Answer them, and quickly. A bad review left unanswered does more damage than the review itself. I reply in your voice, without templates, owning the problem and, where it fits, inviting them back. Good reviews get answered too, and I ask happy customers for reviews at the right moment, which is just after they've paid, not three days later.
What does the WhatsApp agent do, and what doesn't it do?
+
It answers on your WhatsApp number at any hour with your real menu, opening hours and availability, and takes the booking or order. What it doesn't do is make anything up: if it doesn't know something, it passes it to a person. It runs on your information and you check it. €30 a month.
What about the set menu or menu changes? I change prices every season.
+
Send it to me on WhatsApp and I'll upload it the same day. It's included in website maintenance, €20 a month: menu, opening hours, prices, holiday closures and new photos. No limit on changes within reason, and you never have to log into any dashboard.
What if I have a shop, a workshop or a clinic, not a bar?
+
It works just the same. The pieces are the same, they just change name: where a restaurant has a menu, you have a catalogue or a list of services; where there are table bookings, you have appointments; and online orders can be for click and collect or delivery. The Google Business Profile, reviews, emails and the WhatsApp agent work exactly the same for a salon as for a pizzeria. And in Sales and payments, instead of table ordering, you get an online store with payments and stock, or appointments and jobs with payment or a deposit, plus reminders. This isn't hearsay: my work includes an artisan jewellery shop with an online store, a wedding pianist and a private driver.
Does this work for a small hotel or holiday apartments?
+
Yes. For a small hotel I build the website, in English, German and Spanish at no extra cost, set up the Google Business Profile and the reviews, and connect the booking button to the booking engine you already use. Ordering from the room and room service, like in the hotel I run, too.
What does being visible in AI mean, and how do you get there?
+
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot where to eat, stay or shop. Those AIs can only recommend what they understand: a complete Google Business Profile, structured data on your website, an llms.txt file explaining who you are, and clear copy about what you offer, where you are and at what price. That's the Visible in AI piece: €150 one-off, done in a week, with or without a website. I can't guarantee they'll recommend you or where you'll rank: they decide that, and it depends on your area, your competition and your reviews. What I do make sure of is that they can find and understand you, which is what most businesses are missing today.
